Hotel reservation: Booking the hotel for you with lowest price.(Facilities including internet,breakfast,satellite TV.. (upon request) 5. Guiding you to visit the right product markets and visit all the shops one by one, or visit the good factories if necessary 6. Translate and negotiate the prices for you and the supplier 7. Placing the order ,writing all the details such as :article No., description, quantity, size, colour, package details, CBM, taking the photos of all the products you have ordered. 8. Showing the Proforma Invoice that including the unit price, pcs/CTN, total amount, total CBM, Ocean freight, Local handling... for your reference, and change the dallor amount according to your requirement, such as half the total amount or whatever. 9. Quality control: Follow every order to make sure the goods producting will be complete according to our expected time. Keep you mailed about the progress simultaneously. 10. Container loading: Preparing the export documents concerned. And customs declaration. 11. Domestic and local transportation service:Send you all the documents including B/L, Packing List , Commercial Invoice to help you do the Customs clearance in the destination. 12. Custom clearance and all necessary documentation. 13. Lowest commission: 3% of total amount. Orders can be LCL (Less than Container Load)cargo basis or FCL(Full Container Load) basis. |
